We keep our MOQ flexible — low-volume and small-batch orders are welcome. Unlike large factories that dismiss small orders, we treat every order with the same care, from a single prototype to full mass production. Contact us with your drawing and we'll confirm the MOQ for your specific part.
Yes. Low-volume and small-batch injection molding is one of our strengths. Our in-house molds and injection machines let us run small batches economically — no need to commit to tens of thousands of pieces before validating your design.
Engineering plastics including PP, PE, ABS, PC, PA (Nylon), POM (Acetal), PBT, TPU and TPE, plus high-temperature plastics such as PEI, PSU, PEEK and PPS. We also run a self-skinning PU foam line for insulation and cushioning parts.
Our typical mold lead time is 30 days. Simple molds can be faster; complex multi-cavity molds may take longer. We confirm a realistic schedule with a DFM report before we start cutting steel.
Yes. Mold making and injection molding are both in-house — CNC machining, EDM, wire EDM, mold building and injection molding all happen under one roof, so we can trial a mold the moment it's finished.
Yes. We support concept-to-prototype development — DFM feedback, mold flow analysis, and prototypes built on our in-house CNC — so you can validate your product before committing to tooling.

Yes. We machine precision metal parts on our in-house CNC, and manage stamping and die-casting through vetted partners — one point of accountability for quality and delivery across your whole product.
We run a 4-stage QC framework — IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC — with a dedicated QC team and full inspection instruments including CMM. Every batch ships with a QC report. Products are RoHS/REACH compliant.
