We injection-mold the plastic parts and machine the metal parts in-house, source stamping, die-casting and electronics (PCB and PCBA) through long-term vetted partners, and finish with in-house final assembly, aging test and export-standard packing — ready for your warehouse, not just your production line.

Injection molding and self-skinning PU foam. Engineering and high-temperature plastics including PEI, PSU, PPS, PPO and PEEK. Low MOQ, from prototype to mass production.
Metal Parts — In-House CNC + Vetted Partners
Precision CNC machining and turning in-house. Stamping and die-casting through long-term partners — with all quality and delivery managed by us, one point of accountability.
Electronics & PCBA — Vetted Partners
PCB fabrication and electronics assembly (PCBA) sourced through specialized vetted partners, with quality and delivery owned by us — so your appliance's electronics and mechanics meet in one place.
Final Assembly & Testing — In-House
Full appliance assembly, aging test and export-standard packing in-house. Dedicated fixtures, tolerance stack-up control, ultrasonic welding and functional testing. Finished products, ready to ship.
